Before my sessions, I was just embarking on a healing journey - physically, mentally, and spiritually. I had knowledge bits but not an idea of how to implement the tools. I was constantly either anxiety ridden or depressed, with no self-accountability and unacknowledged trauma. Post sessions with Meagan, I've become more present in each moment, thriving daily and on the way to reaching goals I, previously, had only been able to imagine.
